Style required is Militant Ordinator. Which I know I don;t have, and after some digging I find can only be bought with Alliance Points. And. I. Don't. PVP.

So, my questions, if I may:

1: Can Alliance Point purchase Styles be bought any other way (for example, off Guild Vendors)?

2: Are all Master Writs going to require Crafting using something only acquirable through PVP? Because if so I might as well delete, give away or try to sell any that come my way.
