A couple of questions

So I have a couple of questions,

1) If you are in a trading guild and have items on the store, what happens to the items if the guild disbands? Or if you leave?

2) My breton templar healer is constantly one shot. Even with food. Should i be throwing some heavy armor in there to help a bit? Im using 5 piece sanctuary (head, shoulders, jewellery) and 5 piece spell power cure.

There was a third more relevant question. But i appear to have forgetten it.... again

3) treasure maps, do i need them to find the treasure like surveys? Are they worth finding?
