[PS4] Preventing voice from auto switching to group?

Hello, is it possible to switch off voice chat so it wont automatically switch me to group chat. I mainly group up with guild mates so dont need the group chat.
Group chat also tends to auto kick me out when i go through a loading screen. Then the rarer glitch of chat rooms disappearing completely.
So anyway, is it possible to switch off this auto function?
