[PS4]Unable to preorder Morrowind through PS Store?

Hi, sorry if this has been over before. But I'm really struggling to find an answer.
I understand I need to purchase Morrowind as it is an expansion. Cool, take my money.
But when I try to buy it, I get this message. Imgur
Any idea why? Does this mean I get access to the expansion? What about the preorder bonus stuff?
