Two members of my guild (and my normal daily grouping team) developed a bug, apparently yesterday. Each of them can only be a group leader. They cannot be invited to a group, although they can invite others. If they attempt to promote anyone else to group leader, that action fails.

They can ditch the crown by forming a group, forcing LD, and waiting long enough for the game to re-assign the crown to someone else. But, obviously, since neither of them can accept invites, there's no way for them to be in the same group.

Given what Google tells me about players who have had the opposite (cannot be leader) bug, should we just assume at this point that we're screwed and find a new game?
