Ok, I know I must not believe everything I read on Internet. And I do not. But being a PS4 player I have few ways to probe custom builds, so when I came across with some weird build, I kind of doubt myself...because...well...they DO HAVE tools to confirm their DPS!. So...I give it the benefit of the doubt...maybe I don't know something I should :) He says two things that feels so wrong at how I understand this game, that deserve a post asking about that:

• He use Inner Light and Flames of Oblivion at the same time. I know that you can online have one Major buff at the same time, so he must use one of those spells to buff other aspect of his DPS. I know that Inner Light gives him 7% Max Magika and 2% Magika Recovery...and I know too that the Flames of Oblivion gives him another dot (a little one). But, he lose one slot only to get that tiny dot? Only for that?

• At the end of his guide he says:

  Valkyn has been nerfed several times in the past and with update 2.1 it pretty much had the nail put in the coffin. It had a 25% damage reduction on the tooltip and then on top of that it also seems to have had a stealth proc chance nerf. Where as before I could get 6 procs in 45s now in 1:10 I only get 4 so it seems they’ve cut the proc chance in half which is pretty crap.

  It's that true? Because I have friends who can, still, proc it several more times per minute...and having a dot based build, I could not understand why would he discard the Valkyn so easily...
