Character stuck in game, any ideas?

I'm very new to online MMO's while playing yesterday my character got stuck between a rock and a hard place. I turned off the game and forgot about it.
Fast forward to this morning and the character is still stuck there. Any ideas on how to release myself from this proverbial prison? Im only lvl 10 but I don't really want to start a new character quite yet.
Edit: I'm free, took 3 times but the way shrine did it.
