I thought this question would have been asked to death but I honestly can't find anything. Maybe I'm wording it wrong.
But yeah, so I take it the blank regions of Tamriel haven't been added? (Unless I have to unlock them somehow) If I'm right in assuming that, do we know if the devs plan to add them, and when?
