FPS drops with FX-8150 and gtx 660?

I'm experiencing terrible fps drops on even the lowest settings on eso. For example I'll be running at 50 fps and then drop to 10-20 constantly, which shouldn't be happening on my hardware. I figure it has something to do with cpu optimization, but would love to see how well you guys are running it with similar specs. If anyone has a 6 core or 8 core zambezi processor, please post your average fps and if your having any issues, thanks!
