What CP would you recommend to be before trying vet content?

I've been playing on and off for a few years now and my wife started playing about a few months ago. She wants to help my friend and I do some vet content. I'm about 1100 CP tank/dps and my friend is in the mid to high 900s dps. My wife currently is in the mid to high 200s and wants to make a healer. She wanted to know what level should she be before we try some vet dungeons. We're in no rush because she still need to figure out her play style (right now she's enjoying the arcanist as a healer). But my friend and I don't know what level since we've been off for about a year before we picked it up again.
