How would you rank classes according to their sustain? Also what race and class is most fun according to you?

I'm curious about class sustain issues. I've been maining a high elf magplar for 2 years and really don't know much about other classes and want to know this subs opinion.
I only recently created a new character to main, a deep sea creature themed argonian mag arcanist and boy it's so much fun to not care about min maxing and actually be able to swim lol
