Hi, I’m not sure if this is okay to post, but thanks for taking the time to read this.

I’m having an issue with changing my email for my ESO account on PSN. I no longer have access to the email that I used to sign up as it was a school email and they stopped supporting it. As a result they closed the email account associated. I’ve tried to find a way to ask for help, but all the help is directed to the old deactivated email. I’m coming here hoping that y’all have an answer or any suggestions.

P.S In case you’re wondering. I’ve changed the email on many other platforms and games, but I’m only having an issue with ESO on PlayStation. Again thank you for taking the time to read this. I’ll appreciate any help.
