Help deciding on tank class and maybe some tips

Figured I'd give another shot. With game pass version installing I'm thumbing through UESP and it seems like all the classes have tank capabilities which is really interesting but makes me indecisive. Can anyone give me some reasons to pick each?
As a followup I want to solo most of the game but also don't want problems finding groups later on. How should I split between health/Magicka/stamina?
