Looking into indoor cameras for my elderly mom who lives alone, has Parkinson's (along with some dementia), and now has 24*7 hired caregivers at home with her.
She'll sometimes allege lightly that her caregivers are underdosing or overdosing her; or that strangers are coming and going from the house. It's never been true (I know because I've been living there!). These are light allegations but as she progresses, and we move on with our own lives (currently I'm living with her but intend to move out), video footage will be key to know the truth.
Thoughts on how to approach this? My sister in law is saying she's uncomfortable visiting with cameras in the house, but what option do we have? Mom is insistent on aging at home - assisted living was a disaster and she lost her will to live there.
