I kindly requested family meeting to discuss what to do with dad for housing, stuffs and moving him somewhere. Each siblings are saying different things which is too confusing and stressful. My younger brother has always remain silent and email out of the blue. My family is unpredictable especially siblings and dad for elder care issues.
I reached out to my EAP to see if there was an elder care counseling for caregivers to discuss responsibilities. I get four free sessions on zoom. They are putting the guilt on me if I am not doing what they are saying. My older brother is saying not to make it difficult. He's toxic as well inclueing my family. Im not sure what to do. Anyone go through this?
In conclusion, I am thinking to bail out if they are not willing to do elder care caregiver counseling.
Thanks for your time
