Current status on PVP?

Looking to get into duels mostly. I have both a lvl 125 and lvl 150 character (differing builds) as that's what I picked up as the appropriate levels to be. I am curious as to where the "hotspot" for dueling is currently as I haven't been seeing many signs at the Academy Main Gate recently.
