Hi, i have severe dry eye. And staring at screens ( especially because of the blue lights ) make it worse. As i cant stop looking at screens. I was thinking of getting an e ink phone. I want the phone which could be a replacement for my current phone. Can you suggest me any eink phone that will fit into my lifestyle which will include internet browsing, google play store, gmail and all the other stuff you do on your phone. And also with a good refresh rate. So i dont feel like my phone's lagging. My only e ink device right now is kindle, and the way its screen flicker on every refresh frustrates me. I hope the smartphones to not be like that.

Please help me choose a right e ink phone. Dry eye has made my life a living hell. Its all started beause of my habit of staring at my phone and computer for a long period of time. I believe stoping the use of regular screen will immensely help to stop a lot of symptoms of it.

Plus, if you are in similar situation like me, how have you manage to reduce the symptoms?
