Hello, i'm from a country i can't disclose what is out of fear, my country currently is locking up and imprisoning gays with no absolute reason, they're posting them on social media as a scandal with photos and videos, they're torturing them in the most atrocious ways, shaving their heads, beating and locking them up in solitary to " cleanse them " i wake up in fear and sleep in fear because they caught some of my friends and i'm scared they'll confess and say my name and they will come after me, german embassy is closed in my country and theres only italian and maltese, but i heard that the asylum there is pretty bad, theres an option to obtain spanish visa and i'd like to come to germany to apply for asylum because most of my friends are there, they told me they'd accept you even if you had the spanish visa in germany, but i don't wanna end up alone in spain and all of my friends are in germany. Please tell me that its okay to apply for asylum with spanish schengen in germany? What should i do? Thank you all in advance. I'm currently selling everything i have to get that money for the visa, i feel like i'm in a hole and paralyzed and can't do anything, i just wanna breathe for a moment and the suffocation gets worse everyday.
