Eero versus Lyra and my RT-AC68U

Hi everyone,
I live in a three storey townhouse in Spain (around 200 sqm) and am tired of poor WIFI connectivity. I have done a lot of reading, and determined that a mesh network is the way ahead. I am considering the Eero with two beacons or the Asus Lyra triple pack. I would like to maintain my Asus RT-AC68U as the router.
So far the Eero is winning my votes. I am a little confused about the standard versus Pro, is it worth the extra cost?
Any tips or tricks here? Thanks.
