Quick set up question

So I’ll be getting my Alesis nitro max kit and I wanted to ask about something small but something I noticed with how different people set up the Tom holsters. So I noticed some people set up where the holder hole is facing towards you and some where it’s facing away is there any difference between these two set ups. Nothing major just curious if one is more comfortable or changes it up. There are pictures down below of facing towards and facing away.
