Hey all! I’m looking to get my first ever electronic drum set. I have zero drumming experience (outside of playing expert in Rock band ~10 years ago). I’ve always wanted to get into it but never had the space to do so. I have some space in my new apartment and was looking to get started. I’m choosing electric because 1. I live in an apartment and don’t want to be too loud, and 2. I’m a gamer and plan on using this to play Rock Band, and other rhythm type games on VR.

So I’m looking for recommendations on what to get, reputable brands, and what NOT to get. Any tips and advice would be appreciated. Once I get my kit I will be back here for guidance on how to get better at drumming. Thanks!
