Are HS5 monitors worth it for house and bass music?

I’m on a $200 budget, and my buddy just so happens to be selling a pair of HS5s for $200. I also can get the IK iLoud Micro monitors for $200 for a pair.
Is it worth getting either one for producing EDM music, or should I just stick to mixing on headphones? I like the idea of having speakers for collaborating but I know small speakers don’t have great bass response. What are your experiences?
