Newbie Trying to figure out which DAW to buy

On the one hand... My buddy says Skrillex uses SoundCloud as his DAW... but I’ve been using iOS garage band just fine, and making BIG bangers putting skrolex to shame. I really like the garage band interface because I can just use royalty free loops to make bangers FAST but my biggest problem is that Mad Decent or OWSLA hasn’t signed me yet.
Do you think I need to switch to SoundCloud DAW to get signed? Since that’s what all the pros use
