Can edge turn on notification for HTTP site?

Hi, I had a strange problem with edge.
I don't know if it's an update issue but I can't turn on notifications for website that has no https protocol. If a website is marked as "not secure", notification are turned off by default without the possibility to turn it on.
Is there a way like on firefox to turn on notification also for not secure website?
