Hi, my roommate and I both have eczema. She's had hers since childhood and mine has recently popped up. Hers flares up in random parts of her body and then goes away over time. Mine is centralized to my hands and just seems to be in a perpetual cycle of blistering-drying out-flaking-blistering. Despite regular use of lotions and steriod creams it just does not seem to want to disappear. Obviously we have different triggers and cycles so I can't really go to her for advice any longer; wondering if anyone here with similar outbreaks has advice? I'm a chef by profession so this is really problematic in my day-to-day life. Literally willing to try anything.
