Any procedures you've done to remove eczema scars?

My eczema is finally under control but 30 years of extreme eczema has given me lots of wrinkles and scars. Anyone have recommendations of procedures to get rid of them? I once met a girl at my local gluten-free shop that said she got botox to remove her scars (and it also helped with her eczema),
