I opened my window and my eczema got better overnight!

I usually keep my windows closed because the wind makes my skin dry. But a few nights ago, it got very stuffy so I opened the window a little bit. Suddenly the next morning, I had a dramatic recovery and my flare up was gone! So I kept the window opeend 24/7 for a few days, and can only see my skin getting better and better!
