Eczema on my back

Ever since I got a back tattoo from time to time my eczema has a serious outbreak on my back !! Sometimes it’s flares up sometimes it don’t but it leaves darks spot and discoloration from the itching anything helps with discoloration of the skin to even my back out ? Any recommendations?
