Dupixent Myway Copay assistance no longer going towards deductable

I have a HDHP and 2 scripts in for the year both paid on my Copay Debit card and both have been reversed from my Deductable accumulation by Aetna as they seem to know its a copay asst program. Last year they posted and my deduct was hit very early. Since I'm already using the debit which was supposed to get around that issue, is there another workaround? Can I pay CVS pharmacy out of pocket on my Amex card then ask Myway for some reimbursement via check? And would paying OOP count towards my deductable?
