Hello everyone, tomorrow will be my first self-injecting dupixent into myself. Tomorrow will mark six weeks of being on Dupixent, and I’ve already seen improvements. All my life, I’ve been hesitant about needles, and I don’t know how I’m going to be able to self-inject myself tomorrow. When leaving my injector pen at room temperature, should I leave it inside or outside of the box? I plan on taking it out of the fridge before I go to work and inject it once I get back home. How do I calm myself down while injecting Dupixent into my skin? I’m more worried about the pain and how long I’m supposed to hold the pen down while I’m in pain. I’m grateful for any helpful tips. Thank you!

You can take it out or leave it in the box for it to become room temperature!
