Can you feel ectopic symptoms as early as 9 dpo?

Post Body

I’m 99% certain I know the day I ovulated based on clear blue testing (Friday November 18) and discharge. We had unprotected sex the same day.

At 9 dpo (yesterday), I got the faintest of faint positive on a wondfo with fmu. Later in the day, I got slightly darker positives on easy@home and even darker with a first response rapid. Last night, I had a really bad stabbing/cramping pain in my right side close to the front of my hip bone. It subsided after a couple of minutes and I haven’t had the pain since then.

The reason I’m slightly concerned is that I had a staph infection and a UTI in June/July of this year and I’m reading that could cause PID which could in turn, cause an ectopic pregnancy.

Would it be way too early to feel an ectopic pregnancy? Is the bfp at 9dpo concerning?
