At 3M, Lawsuits Threaten to Transform the Company
Post Body
It seems like US companies are being sued in ways foreign companies cannot and are not. For example, the paint and chemicals used in children’s toys are primarily made in China. Can they really be sued and put out of business in the ways US companies are? It seems like our imports in some cases simply export liability issues, and lawyers know it’s not worth their time to go after them. Does anyone know if that is accurate?
