Best platform for mix of B2B and D2C ?

Anyone have experience with creating a site that’s good for both business-to-business and direct-to-consumer ?
Currently been using Shopify for 7 years, but am starting a business that will sell product (clothing) at wholesome for approved customers, and retail for those who aren’t properly licenses.
What are your thoughts and opinions ? Any advice helps. Thanks!
