Looking for some ideas on how to accept returns / do exchanges for a Print On Demand clothing store doing large volume a month.
Post Body

Hi there, I don't like not giving the option to exchange right now, and I'm trying to figure out how to make this a reality without having to much of a bad effect on the business.

Currently I am giving a very large discount on the clothing items if they did order the wrong size, it's totally not our fault and we do say to check the size chart on every product page. We do win chargebacks if it is for this reason. The size chart is on every page and is very nice and accurate. Still there are many people who order the wrong size. If there is any problems with the clothing from our end we either give a full refund or a free resend.

All my products are shipping from China and I sell worldwide. Some of the products we have made ourselves with custom sizing and materials based on what we wanted, so switching suppliers isn't really an option. Is there a way to actually make this possible or should I continue doing it this way?

I have a few ideas, but I would really appreciate if you guys could share any ideas. The clothing is all printed on demand for that specific customer in their specific size and ranges from $14.99 to $69.99.

Thanks a tonne in advance!
