Updated website. Looking for advice.

I've just recently pushed out a redesign and update to our website. Everyone here seems helpful, so I just wanted to get people's opinions and advice on what works, what doesn't, and what needs fixed. I've noticed in the two days I've had it up sales have been great, but that most likely is in result of my newsletter announcing the redesign.
