My business hasn't sent an email to my list in over 2 years. I'm in the process of revamping my brand, optimizing my website, and bringing in new inventory.
Once I reach out to my old subscribers again I want to make sure I can recapture their attention without them unsubscribing (since they haven't heard from my business via email in about 2 years).
For the first email, I'm considering offering a big discount for new inventory, possibly a giveaway, some freebie for the next order. I'm not sure what he best offer would be.
Please share your thoughts on how you would go about winning back your email subscribers without scaring them off. For more context, it's a fashion accessories ecomm biz.
