I have a Ebike that uses the Bosch systems. I have been using it for almost a year. While riding it hit me the only mode that is working is ECO. When going up a hill I turned on Eco and felt the slight assist going up the hill. This week I had been riding all day and going up the last huge hill and I was just ready to let the bike do its work. I clicked the next level TOUR and did not feel any increase of assistance. So I geared down to 5th. Then I thought wait I do not think the other levels work. I tried SPORT then TURBO. No increased assistance. The hill was getting harder so I had to drop it down to 3 gear. I started dwelling if those other levels ever worked and I cannot remember they ever did.

Long story short. Anyone have this issue where only one mode worked? What did they do to fix it?

Motor Performance Sport: 250W, 65Nm, GEN 3, USA 28mph, NZ 45km/h

Performance: 250W, 65Nm, GEN 3, USA/CAN 20mph, EU 25km/h

Battery: Bosch PowerPack 400Wh/500Wh Lithium-Ion
