Help :/ Elmo hornet 2016-17 not 100% but battery flutters ? Last two days was fine

But today before going to work I turned it on and it cluttered and turned off , all switches are on battery was fine yesterday , made it up hills fine really no other odd battery drain and at this time as I’m typing this it’s still not turning on
