Has anyone gotten their hands on the FLX Babymaker yet?

I'm going to switch off eskates for ebikes here soon and I like the profile and color of the Babymaker, but something that concerns me is that the battery can't seem to be removed at all. Another one I was looking at, the Propella single speed, the battery can easily be removed and charged elsewhere. Has anyone found this to be a big hurdle (who live's in an apartment) and can you give me your overall feel of the bike?
