I've been forced into recovery and I hate it. Can anyone share their success stories?

I was admitted into hospital for a reason unrelated to my ED, but because the staff know about my ED history, I've been forced into recovery. I feel like shit every single day. I'm not mentally ready for recovery, so having to commit to a meal plan is proving to be extremely difficult.
I guess I'm wondering if this is all worth it. Does anyone have any success stories they can share?
