Everyone in my friend group and my mum are saying i do, i know know if i don’t see it or just don’t want to admit it because it is scary can someone help me?
i vomit after eating only like 3 times a week, is not a constant thing either is a habit i only do it so i feel less guilty even if i had only a small meal
i have almost cutted in half what i used to eat and i’m constantly counting calories
i also have like lost a significant amount of weight even tho i was already in an healthy/low weight
can someone please help me i don’t know if i am just trying to be healthier and thinner or if it is actually worrying and i should ask for help before i can’t fix it anymore
ps: i’m not asking to be diagnosed i just want to know if i should be worried and look for help!!!
