Hello folks
I live on the Eastside and I'm looking for recommendations for
An appliance repair technician - I have a fridge and a microwave that are causing trouble and I would like to have someone come take a look before they conk out
A plumber to do some annual maintenance on my water heater - I know I should be doing that on my own, but this is the first time so I'd rather pay and learn than doing it myself
