A return ticket to SF from NY after New Years, so I'm not stuck on the east coast.. A sublet or place to manifest my next home for a short time. Or $$ to invest in me & my business, so i can get this wheel of fortune turning. I have a website & ☺️ i was actually very successful for 20 years being a Sole Proprietor, before Covid, pandemic, greedy landlords evicting me & here we are.
What i have to offer is... I do have my website for serious angels to verify i am a real Canadian-Italian woman/shepherdess living in El Sobrante in the East Bay, that has a flock 20 rescue sheep & awesome vibes :) I am a certified therapeutic yoga Instructor, 500 Hours, fine art photographer, shepherdess, healer, i can go on :) If you kno me, you kno.
I have a massage table in the trunk of this car right now, so i can offer healings, or massages Or however, just don't be too freaky n crazy lol I'm open minded and non judgemental, don't be scared to ask, i just might not be into that.

Lol.. :) I've NEVER ASKED FOR HELP LIKE THIS BEFORE.. I truly don't want to be homeless, because I am too nice & believe other people are nice too. AND because organizations & people let me down w/the funding or plane ticket right before my eviction.
