Hi everyone,
This may seem rather odd and I'm not exactly sure what to call it, so I'll try my best to explain. I am basically looking to compete with somebody or a group if others are interested to challenge each other to see who can stay on top of their fitness goals.
Example: Going to the gym at least 5 times a week is a goal, eating healthy meals another goal, etc.
Background: I did this challenge with a friend but with a prize at the end. It was a point system where max points you can earn a day is 4(3 for healthy meals and 1 for a workout). At the end of the 3 month competition, the one with the least points would purchase a plane ticket for a trip.
Though this was a very specific deal since we were both traveling, this challenge really motivated me daily. I was on such an amazing weight loss journey, improved strength and agility. I did fall off due to a small injury and just fell off entirely.
So I'm in the search to see if anyone is interested in partaking this challenge, similar to an accountability buddy. I would be down to make a grand prize as well, maybe something like $100-$300 prize of some sort.
