is my right ear drum infected?

The first pic is the right and the other is the left. I've been feeling like something is crawling in my right ear quite alot. Like a trickle or something. It gets slightly better when I clean my ear but then comes back. I got one of those ear cams to clean and look as far as I can. My left looks good but my right one.... Is it okay?? I had mainly white ear wax little light brown. Is it mucus in my ear???
