Air through ear canals

I'm not sure if it's my imagination or something, but as most here probably I can pop my ears, and by the way sort of open my ear canals I imagine and keep them open. So if I shut my mouth and breath in or out, I can sense air slightly moving in/out through my ears. Now this is plasuble I assume cause breathing just involves the lungs sucking air in or pushing it out through every available hole. Is this a thing? Iv'e seen some russian guy blow cig smoke through his ears which got me thinking. Would it be possible for me/us too?
