Gap In Lounge

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Very noticeably uneven gap between base (seat) and lower back section. It’s a brand new chair and arrived like this. I hadn’t been too concerned until a friend noticed it as well. I feel it’s more noticeable in person. I would like to be on top of this if we think it could be a warranty issue. Thanks in advance!
