Celek not being utilized?

I know he's often utilized as a blocker but Celek has been impressive for a long time. I feel like whenever he gets the ball he pushes for another 3-4 yards more than most tight ends would get. Not really trashing on Ertz, but Celek seems to me to be a much more effective tight end and I'm not sure why Ertz sees so many more targets. Thoughts?
