Emtb choice

Looking at getting my first Emtb. I need some knowledge or input on two options i am looking at.
Option 1 is a 2018 Haibike xduro allmtn 7.5
Option 2 is a 2021 trek powerfly FS4.
Haibike is well used but is fully functional.
Trek is in like new condition.
Looking to only bike courses for GNCC and other enduros. Maybe ride to and from the gym. Thanks.
