Choosing a GPU based on power supply needs
Post Body

I've been seeing a lot of power supply recommendations for GPUs but what i am finding is for a full build that includes the CPU as well as seen here
https://www.tomshardware.com/news/nvidias-rtx-3000-power-supply-requirements-PSU-shortage-2020

I'm wondering since i'm using a razer core x chroma, how that would translate. Currently the description for it says GPU max power support up to 500W.
Is there a resource to find only GPU power consumption? I'm looking into an RTX 3070 if possible.

Also i keep getting conflicting info. I'm using an external monitor so it would be GPU straight to that, not trying to use the laptop screen. Do i need to disable the onboard 1650 that my laptop has as well as the intel iris? And if so, will they auto enable when not connected to the eGPU?
